From Valle dei Santi to the headwaters of Capofiume, we will tackle a trail that encompasses both easy and challenging sections, all in one adventurous day. We will cross a stone chimney, climbing and descending repeatedly until we reach the springs. Capofiume is truly a magical place, a Zen garden that Ciociaria gives to the world. Water shaping the rocks, crystal clear reflections, pure air and walls that seem to touch the sky!

But Headwaters is not for everyone; only a few can understand its essence. For some it is a challenge, the discovery of an adventurous place; for many, it is cause for reflection, excitement, rebirth and inspiration. The trail follows the shadowy banks of the creek, traverses fords and stretches of water, providing spectacular views. The beauty of Cape River will leave you spellbound!
